Terms & Conditions for Furnace Giveaway:

  1. Eligibility: Open to homeowners aged 18 and older within our service areas. Employees of Logan Companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Requirements: To be entered into the contest, participants must schedule and complete a furnace tune-up between October 1st and October 31st, 2024. Bookings can be made online via Logan Companies' Free Estimate Form or by calling 612-223-7085.

  3. Contest Duration: The giveaway will run from October 1st to October 31st, 2024. All tune-ups must be booked and completed within this period to be eligible.

  4. Prize: One winner will receive a free furnace, including installation, courtesy of Logan Companies. The prize includes standard installation only; any additional modifications or upgrades required may incur additional costs, to be agreed upon before installation.

  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random and notified via phone and email by November 5th, 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Logan Companies reserves the right to choose another winner.

  6. Scheduling a tune-up is the only method of entry. Any entries made by other methods will not be accepted.

  7. Privacy: By entering, participants agree to allow Logan Companies to use their name, photo, and city in promotional materials, if selected as the winner, without additional compensation.

  8. Modification/Cancellation: Logan Companies reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
