Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be happy with your Fittes grills and registers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below:

• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition

• Item must be returned in the original packaging, including all hardware and inserts

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns requested outside of the 15-day window may be denied or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
