This holiday season, Logan Companies is turning the classic “12 Days of Christmas” into something truly heartwarming. Through its Warm Minnesota Winter: 12 Homes of Christmas campaign, Logan Companies will surprise 12 Twin Cities families with meaningful comfort upgrades—from smart thermostats to furnace tune-ups.

Program Terms & Disclaimers

No purchase necessary. Open to households in Logan Companies’ service area (Ramsey, MN and nearby communities).

Award scope: Each selected household will receive one listed service/equipment item (above) and up to two (2) hours of service time included.

Parts & equipment: Covered for the awarded item only. Any additional parts, materials, or labor not included in the award will be quoted and require written approval from the homeowner prior to work.

Eligibility: Owner-occupied homes. Safe access and code-compliant conditions required. Logan reserves the right to decline unsafe or infeasible work.

Scheduling: Service must be completed within the published service window unless otherwise agreed.

No cash value; non-transferable. Substitutions (equal or greater value) may be made at Logan’s discretion based on compatibility and inventory.

Publicity: With consent, Logan may share first names, city, and a short project summary. Consent is optional and not required to participate.

Selection: Nominations are reviewed based on need, impact, and feasibility. Decisions are final.

Liability: Standard workmanship warranties apply to work performed; manufacturer warranties apply to equipment installed.

Privacy: Contact information is used solely to administer this program and coordinate service.

A: No. Optional additional work beyond the award is quoted before proceeding.
Q: Do you share names/photos?

Gifts of Winter Warmth
As temperatures drop, Logan Companies is turning every furnace tune-up and AC service call into a chance to give back. Through its FamilyWise Gifts of Winter Warmth initiative, Logan Companies HVAC and plumbing company will donate a percentage of all service sales from November 12 to December 12 to support families served by FamilyWise Services’ Gifts of Community program.

From Nov 12–Dec 12, Logan Companies is partnering with FamilyWise to support local families with sponsor bundles and essentials for the season.

What this is
We live here, too. As a Ramsey-based HVAC & plumbing team, we’re turning completed service visits into real help for Minnesota neighbors. During Nov–Dec, we’ll donate a percent from every completed service visit and purchase FamilyWise sponsor bundles (FamilyWise recommends ≈$50 per person).

Donation basis: Logan Companies donates a percent from qualifying visits; internal reporting verifies totals.

Family sponsorship math: Estimates use FamilyWise’s ≈$50/person benchmark. Actual sponsor bundle costs may vary.

Transparency: Post-campaign, we’ll publish a short recap of total visits, dollars donated, and families sponsored.
